Jordan Bridges PGA

Jordan Bridges is the Director of Instruction at the Central Coast Golf Academy at Cypress Ridge Golf Course in Arroyo Grande Ca. Developing junior golfers and helping young players improve their game is the primary focus at the Central Coast Golf Academy. Jordan prides himself on teaching the game in a positive motivating environment and coaching players to the best of their potential. Jordan is a Class A PGA professional and Certified U.S. Kids Coach with over 25 years experience in the golf business. He is the founder of the Central Coast Golf Academy at Cypress Ridge Golf Course, longtime Ben Hogan Staff member and dedicated student of the game. He studied Environmental Horticulture Science at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo and is a Ca. Licensed Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty.

Rich Massey
 
Rich is a Master DST Golf and Certified Impact Zone instructor who focusses on teaching each student how to locate, train and perfect the optimal impact position. Rich is a New Jersey native and has been playing professional golf and teaching golf for almost twenty-five years. He was a high school All-American, as well as a NCAA Academic All-American player. After college he played professionally for twelve years on the PGA/Web.Com, Canadian, South African, South American Tours. Throughout his golfing career, Rich has always been known as a very good ball striker and a “student of the game,” and had the privilege of working with some of the best teaching professionals in the business, such as Bobby Clampett, David Leadbetter, Mike Bender, Jason Birnbaum and Mitchell Spearman.

Knowing that we are all unique individuals, Rich works with each person’s own swing style and ability to prioritize what needs to be done for the student to consistently get into the dynamic and optimal impact position that all great ball striker achieve. Rich has spent the last three years working with PGA and European Tour players on how to better their impact positions with the DST Golf technology and is now taking those experiences and knowledge and bringing it to his students and golf schools at The Central Coast Golf Academy.

Steven Day

Originally from Louisiana, and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Steven brings a lifelong connection to the game of golf. Over the last 7 years Steven has been a Professional Caddie at private high end golf clubs with experience on the PGA, Web.com, Champions, and LPGA tours nationwide. In addition to professional events Steven also worked as an Assistant Golf Professional where he gave lessons, managed the pro shop, and coordinated daily golf course operations. Prior to this Steven spent 10 years working in the golf course design and construction industry, where he was involved in all aspects of new golf course construction and renovation, and also had the privilege of working with the late Arnold Palmer and Pete Dye. Steven also enjoys competitive golf and has competed in amateur and professional events nationwide, and continues to work on his game.

Daniel Miller PGA
 
Daniel was born and raised on the Central Coast where he competed heavily as a junior golfer. Competing locally, regionally and nationally in numerous tournaments organized by such associations such as NCJGA, AJGA, and USGA. His commitment to golf shaped his educational path. Competing on the golf team at Ernest Righetti High School and Allan Hancock College led to a scholarship to play for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After earning his degree in Business Administration at Cal Poly SLO, Daniel became an assistant golf professional at the Santa Maria Country Club and later the San Luis Obispo Country Club. Daniel accumulated five years experience and training as an apprentice to earn the privilege to now be considered a Class A PGA Professional. Due to his strong passion and focus for teaching he has averaged over 400 golf lessons a year as a golf professional. Daniel has based his teaching on strong fundamentals and simple techniques to juniors and adults of all skill levels. This has allowed golfers to produce effective and quality repetitions during practice and, as a result, golfers achieve realistic implementation in playing situations and competitive environments.

John Gruendler
 
John is the CCGA source on club fitting and the CCGA Video Lab. From evaluating a set makup to analyzing launch monitor information, students and their instructors can make the best decisions for changes in equipment and their golf swing. John has a long history in the Video/technology field bringing his passion for golf, helping students improve their swing with technology.

Hannah Bridges

Hannah Bridges developed her game and honed her golfing skills at Lake Nona Golf Club in Orlando Florida. Competing on the various junior tours in Florida she earned a scholarship to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She works with the CCGA consulting on software, web, and academy business development.
